Purpose: To support a legal education program that will "institute, sustain, improve, and enlarge" the capacity of the Hamilton County Public Defender to recruit and retain staff attorney’s dedicated to the highest quality of client representation; strongly promote citizen participation and education for government reform; and enhance student awareness of, and interest in, serving as career employees in this crucial government service.
